The First Nations Energy Efficiency Program (FNEEP) is a community-led initiative delivered by NB Power in partnership with the North Shore Mi’kmaq Tribal Council. It supports energy efficiency upgrades for on-reserve homes in New Brunswick First Nations communities.

The program focuses on improving home comfort, and energy performance through upgrades like insulation, air sealing, heat pumps, ventilation systems, and more. Eligibility is based on community-identified needs.

We respectfully acknowledge that New Brunswick is situated on the unceded and unsurrendered territories of the Wolastoqey, Mi'gmaw, and Peskotomuhkati peoples. We seek to repair and rebuild meaningful relationships with Indigenous peoples and honour these lands which hold the hopes of future generations.
