Call for Case Studies

The 2026 Energizing Efficiency Conference theme, Energy That Shapes Our Future, is about more than ideas – it’s about action! Share the innovations and strategies that are transforming how we use energy and setting the course for tomorrow's energy landscape.

We're looking for practical, real-world case studies that demonstrate results, inspire innovation and highlight the impact of energy efficiency for our 2026 conference. Submissions should focus on sharing experiences and lessons learned, rather than promoting specific products or services.

We're interested in stories that cover:

• Technology integration making a measurable difference in energy use (AI, smart controls, automation, etc.) 
• Emerging technologies and their early success stories 
• Using data to make better energy decisions 
• Equity-focused initiatives 
• Practical changes that improved efficiency and reduced waste 
• How efficiency and clean energy supported innovation or business growth 
• Commercial and industrial cost savings, productivity gains, or environmental improvements

Case studies should demonstrate best practices, practical lessons, and insights that other organizations can apply. Selected case studies may be featured in our conference agenda, on the conference website and in marketing materials.

• Eligibility: Open to businesses of all sizes and sectors. 
• Format: Submissions should include a brief overview (500 words) summarizing the initiative, key metrics, results, and a narrative describing the journey. 
• Deadline: Wednesday January 28, 2026
